OPTION 3 – Member was registered in another hockey program in Canada including school hockey (any other minor hockey association than Lakeshore Hockey)

  1. Login into your HCR profile and make sure all members are linked to master profile if not already done.
    • PLEASE take the time to  update any contact info that needs updating (emails/phones, etc.)
  2. In the Lakeshore Hockey registration page https://page.hockeycanada.ca/page/hc/hq/hockey-lac-st-louis/lakeshore-minor-hockey-fed 
    1. select “View Online Stores” and then choose “Register Now” which will allow you to start the registration
      • IMPORTANT: Do not proceed to make any payment as Lakeshore Hockey needs to process a transfer request from your previous organization
      • You can select the member to register using first and last name and date of birth or if you know the HCR ID of the member you can simply only enter the ID
  3. Send an Email to the Lakeshore Hockey Registrar with the below information
    1. First and Last name of member
    2. Contact Email address
    3. Contact Phone number
    4. Electronic proof of full legal address – Quebec Government or Municipal official document (note: must be within the Lakeshore territory)
  4. Once you receive confirmation from Lakeshore Hockey Registrar that the members was transferred to our association please proceed with payment either online with HCR or at the office in person
    • IMPORTANT: Transfer process can take several days and even more than week depending on the specific dossier and how many parties are involved (International, National, Provincial or Regional)
