Registration

*The registration module is designed to be used by parents or legal guardian or players 18 years of age or older.

For the 2021-22 Hockey season the Quebec government has put in new rules in regards to vaccination, all players, coaches, managers, volunteers, officials, parents, guardians or any family members will be required to comply as Lakeshore Hockey will strictly enforce the rules.

Out of Club Tryouts

Do not register with LMHF if you are attending out of club teams such as School division 1 (LHPS, QIHL & RSEQ), the Structure Intégrer Lions M13 (PeeWee) / M15 (Bantam) AAA, the M18 (Midget) AAA and Espoir selection camps.

Only if you are released from any of those out of clubs teams you should then register with LMHF.

Payment

  1. Online - Credit Card, no processing in person at the office.
  2. Online - e-Transfer, make Email payment to [email protected]
  3. Cheque – Please make cheque payable to LMHF and write the player’s name on the front of the cheque, drop it at the office
  4. Cash – In person to the office. Do not mail or leave in the mailbox

The Office Hours:
Tuesday night 4:00 – 8:00 PM
Wednesday afternoon from 12:00 – 2:00
Saturday morning from 9:00 – 12:00

The basic Lakeshore Hockey registration fee applies to all participants at all levels and payable to LMHF

Online Registration for All Members

Any person whishing to register with Lakeshore Hockey must first have a profile setup in the NEW Hockey Canada Registry (HCR). For information or help, consult the Online guide for HCR.

If you already have an existing profile in the NEW HCR registry, then please select the option below that applies to your situation.

IMPORTANT to note too; a member is NOT considered registered until the full payment has been received.

OPTION 1 – Member was registered in previous season(s) with Hockey Lakeshore

OPTION 2 – Member was never registered in any hockey program in Canada but other family member was registered in previous season(s) with Hockey Lakeshore

OPTION 3 – Member was registered in another hockey program in Canada including school hockey (any other minor hockey association than Lakeshore Hockey)

OPTION 4 – Member never played hockey and NO sibling was register with Lakeshore Hockey in past season(s)
